I've ordered 3 pairs of glasses in the past 4 months. The lens cracked on the first pair and I assumed I had done something to crack the lens so I ordered a second pair EXACTLY like the first ones. The lens cracked on this pair after just a couple of weeks. Very disappointing. I ordered another style which were lost in shipping and was pleased that those were going to be replaced at no charge. It took a few more weeks, but I finally received them. They are a little loose and I am constantly pushing them up on my nose, so not really happy with any of my purchases.

Great selection of frames and lenses at very affordable prices. The BOGO offer has allowed me to add to my glasses wardrobe, including a couple pairs of sunglasses. I've also found their customer service department to be very helpful. I will definitely continue buying from GlassesShop.com!

The process was simple, the time between purchase and delivery was reasonable, and the glasses are high quality! The case is very basic but it doesn’t take away from the total experience which was overall great! I’m happy to have found an easy and reliable place to get all glasses! The glasses fit great, look great. The sunglasses I like, thought I ordered a brown tint, but they are blue. Living on the lake they seem to work just fine. I definitely would order from you all again.

I ordered two pairs of glasses and when I got the. I couldn't see with them. I finally got a hold of someone they wouldn't give me a refund only credit towards a new pair. So ordered one more pair with the credit ( mond you they only gave me credit for one pair) the same thing happened I couldn't see. So I took them to My optometrist she should me how off they were to my prescription that I sent in with the glasses don't buy here I called again today only to be on hold for 45 minutes then get sent to a voicemail out 300 bucks (update)4/3/2005 after riding this review the company emailed me saying if I would remove my review that they would credit my account for the two pairs of glasses I received with the wrong prescription I said that I would comply if they would credit my account as promised they only credited me one pair of glasses and send me an email saying that was not their responsibility for the second pair and they could not accommodate me what a waste of money .
