This site may be ok if you're just ordering frames but DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO ADD YOUR PRESCRIPTION FOR THE LENS. I gave them 3 chances to get it right and 6 months later it is still wrong after I gave specific instructions on how to rectify their mistake. They completely ignored that and sent them back the SAME EXACT WAY. Never again. Smh

Frames I ordered were not at the quality level expected. I ordered the same manufacturer frames in the past and expected the same quality. It was not. The frames from glasses etc were very cheaply made. Obviously knock offs. Stay away from this website. You will get burned.

After only several months, my Sarah Palin Kawasaki glasses turned color on the nose bridge of the glasses. I've been too busy to write a review sooner. Oh, did I mention that I paid $500 for these glasses?!!!!

i must say after i placed my order omg i went to read reviews and was so upset on how bad the reviews were but let me tell you i got my glasses within 7days of my order and i did get a tracking number within 3days of placing my order i am very happy :) no problems here

I ordered 2 pair of glasses on 5/27, charged immediately. More than 2 weeks later, no update, nothing shipped. Two pair of glasses arrived to my home, I thought they were from Glassesetc, but they were ordered by a family member, i did not know, so i returned them accidentally to Glassesetc. i contacted them immediately. they said they would send them back to me. they claim they sent back on 6/17 then changed their story to 6/19. I left the original frames on order and in fact ordered 4 more of them because the "assured" me they could get the Coach frames. Again, charged right away, nothing ever ships. I had to email 3 additional times and call to get my refund, and they refunded me less one pair, saying they sent them to me. AGAIN, more calls to them. finally I was refunded all the money for the orders but I have sent over 20 emails asking for the frames I sent them and they keep saying since we didn't sell them to you, we will not replace them. They gave me a fake shipper number and have stolen my Coach frames and refuse to replace/return/send back. I just filed a BBB complaint also as this company is horrible. I intend to pursue this as long as it takes for me to be made whole.

I'm writing this review now because I don't have much else better to do during these COVID times and I should clear up the name of a company that gave me much better service than they are known for here on this site. I also remember reading a very, very stupid piece of advice on Reddit saying that this company is likely a scam because they offer significantly lower prices than what the optician offers. After some research, no, it's just because that person is an optician themselves, and has an ulterior motive to convince others to not shop at online prescription stores where they get significantly discounted frames. The optician doesn't want you to know that the brand name frames you pay $400 for actually only cost them $100, even if they are made in a fancy European country. Ultimately, frames are still, at their best, just cut metal/molded plastic. So yes, like Walmart or Amazon, this company sells to you at slightly above wholesale prices but at a significant volume to make their penny. Contrary to other reviews here, this site was actually very good for me. Like other sites on trustpilot, I'm assuming the only people who come here are the ones who didn't have a good time. I mean seriously, I've ordered probably over 1000 things on Amazon over the last 10 years and while I did have some delivery problems, they were solved within 24 hours by customer service. Trustpilot would have you believing that Amazon's customer service is the worst thing in the world! I spent $500 on a pair of eyeglasses here (I have a high prescription) where I would have otherwise spent double in my local optician's store for the same frames and lenses. It took 4 weeks from the day I ordered my glasses to the day I finally received them. Pretty slow compared to other competitors, which are around 2 weeks. However, those competitors are using in-house, cheap brand frames which I don't want, whereas this site has actual brands (which are thankfully genuine, I called Gucci to verify I had a real product) which are significantly better quality. So I will deduct one star for the speed of the service, which can definitely be improved. The customer service is definitely not bad, it took about a week for them to respond but I e-mailed to get a 10% discount that didn't correctly apply, and they fixed it. Overall, if you're looking to order a pair of prescription eyeglasses that you could get at your local optician instead of settling for the cheap made in China plastic stuff (WP, Z, EBD, no idea if I can mention those by their full name) this site isn't perfect by any means, but they'll definitely get the job done. The reason why I chose this site in particular with the dozens of other similar sites is mostly their payment methods, since they accept PayPal and Amazon Pay, there is no realistic way they can turn a profit by scamming the customer because it's very easy to get a refund in case there is a problem.

Complete fraud. Never received frames i paid for First they sent email saying 3-5 days after ordering. not respond to emails or calls word company ever don’t buy anything from them I want my money back!!!!
