I ordered a guitar for my son for Christmas payment was made and immediately taken from my account and was to arrive in 2 days I then receive a weird email saying my account was flagged and I needed to send them a copy of my drivers license or passport or utility bill and my credit card.. left messages and email so far no response.They already have their money so this makes no sense at all ! Seems like a scam I hope not I was really excited and my son has been waiting every day and this is very very weird. I want my Sons guitar delivered asap or my money back I am not sending my personal information after they already have payment

Terrible. Customer Service non-existent (via phone or email). Stuck with a broken item. Will never order again.

I received the guitar, however the AMP never arrived with the order. NOW I CANNOT get anyone to respond to my email's, yet they boast about their customer service satisfaction!! What a Crock!! Money is tight, and wanted to get my daughter her "first guitar" for Christmas. Seems to me that this company doesn't mind the bad reviews! THEY WILL GET ANOTHER WHEN I REPORT THEM, IF I DON'T HEAR BACK TODAY!! BTW... Spoke to my Bank who will give me a refund when FRAUD is suspected!!

I ordered a Glarry guitar and it never shipped. I later received a crazy Email from the manager saying it was out of stock. I asked him to refund my card. I have never heard back from him! They do NOT answer the phone, or respond to emails. I received one email saying it was all his fault, and he actually said that it was his own irresponsible behavior that I hadn't received an email sooner. Still days later and no refund, no guitar and no response! I'm furious with this business! They simply ripped me off and kept my money! I'm turning them over to the Federal Trade Commission 1st thing Monday morning! And for stealing my sales tax, I'm turning them over to the IRS for tax fraud. I will persue criminal litigation against the owner of this company for theft by wire fraud as well. Thanks for NOTHING GLARRY MUSIC!

Mostly good experience. I was shopping there 9 times. I had 1 problem. They do not want returns. I wanted return electric violin and it took 5 emails till I got return address and a post label. Post office could not scan barcode but they sent it and gave me confirmation which I sent to glarry. no answer whatsoever for 2 months. All my emails ignored. Phone number from glarrymusic in USA has nobody to answer. I got refund finally.

Had the same issue as anon above. Item not shipped and buyer refuses to refund.

Purchased a Glarry f style mandolin case 7 days ago and it hasn't been shipped. Glarry says its a FedEx problem, and FedEx says Glarrys hasn't called them to picknit up yet, only a shipping label was created. Meantime, this item still sits in Glarrys warehouse and Glarry refuses to cancel my order and refund my purchase. Poor business practices and this will be my last purchase from this company. They don't stand behind their shipping promises and refuse to make good on their own problems. They got their money, so screw the customer. Places like this should be avoided. Buyer Beware!

hi there, this is not so much a review I am trying to find out if any bass guitarists or guitar players in general have had good purchase experiences with these guys and are the products as good as they look and just overall good service from them ?
