They shipped a cello that was not playable it had $350 worth of manufacturing defects. They refused to respond to my multiple requests to return the cello for a refund!!

Piano broke after 4 weeks of ownership. Glarry wanted to send me a new motherboard and put it in myself which is ridiculous. It seems that these motherboard are a known problem. I would avoid at this stage.

been waiting nearly 2 weeks for delivery of a bass guitar . been sent by evri now they are saying its too big to deliver so need specialist delivery , they have had it for two weeks you would of thought they would of realised that before . Wont use again while they use evri

Horrible customer service and digital piano is cheap. They say it has weighted keys but when you play a key there is a delay. It is a cheap keyboard in a cute cabinet.

Ordered cello for my child at school orchestra. Received very low-quality cello, which absolutely not what we expected. Emailed them in a week, child took to school and teacher return it back to us with the same statement that this cello is low-quality and our child wouldn't be able to play on this instrument. Emailed to customer support for the label, they refused to send us label and were rude in their responses. Absolutely terrible experience with this online store. Highly recommended: Please stay away from this scam store.

Ordered my husband a guitar an amp , waited 6 days for delivery and I get a children’s double Ford bronco jeep !!! Couldn’t make it up , don’t respond to emails no uk contact details avoid at all costs

Received guitar from their website opened. It started turning knobs, very loud like sand. Plug it in static high E string first fret doesn't work.
