Thank you for taking the time to share your experience – it truly made our day. We're so glad Olivia could cut through the USPS hassle and get a replacement to you via UPS. It's wonderful to hear your first filter has been going strong for a full year and still delivers fresh, great-tasting water. That red light is really just a general reminder – if you're still getting good flow and taste, you're probably fine, especially with Colorado's lighter sediment. Just keep an eye on it. And yes, Texas water definitely calls for filtration – let us know if you need anything for that ice maker! We truly appreciate your trust and your kind words. 😉

It’s not every day we receive such enthusiastic feedback, and your words truly warmed our hearts. Hearing that our 3‑stage water system has transformed your RV water from "not great" to "great tasting" is exactly what we strive for. We know that life on the road is all about comfort and enjoyment, and knowing that you can now drink water you truly love – with confidence – makes us incredibly proud of what we do. What touched us even more was your mention of the easy filter change, especially given your hand limitation. We design our products with real‑world users in mind, and your comment reassures us that we're on the right track. It means the world to us that our system didn't just work well, but also made your daily routine a little easier. And of course, we're so grateful for your kind words about our customer service. We genuinely enjoy helping our customers, before and after the purchase, and knowing that we made a positive difference in your journey means everything to us. "12 star product in a 5 star review" – honestly, we might just print that and hang it on our wall! Thank you for that beautiful compliment. We wish you many more happy, safe, and delicious‑water‑filled travels in your Thor. Please never hesitate to reach out if you ever need anything – we're always here for you.😘

It’s not every day we get such a detailed, honest, and helpful write‑up – and we genuinely appreciate the time you took to share all of this. What made us smile most? The fact that you gave our filters a fair shot against your LG original, found the installation a breeze, and felt the water quality held steady. That’s exactly what we hope for, and hearing it from you confirms we’re on the right track. And yes – you’re absolutely right about the separate shipping! We know it can be a little confusing when boxes show up on different days, so we're really sorry for that initial moment of panic. But we're also so glad our customer service team could jump in quickly and clear things up for you. That’s what we’re here for – not just to sell filters, but to be there when something feels off. Your honesty about the shipping experience is actually super helpful for us too – it reminds us to keep improving how we communicate about multi‑item orders. So thank you for that as well. Please know that we’re always just an email away if you ever have questions, need help, or just want to share more feedback (the good and the not‑so‑good – we welcome it all). Wishing you many more months of clean, crisp water and one less thing to worry about in the kitchen!🥰
