Was purchase and quickly delivery. I truly appreciated the follow up customer service to ensure that I received the product and to ensure that it was working properly. Even helped with providing instructions on how to reset my fridge after replacing the filter. This company is definitely “old school” in that they have great customer service!

Filters fit and worked. Delivery was prompt. Price was awesome. A very good experience. (Another company sent me the wrong filters twice after ordering them over the past 4 years from them.)

i have only been using the filter for a couple of weeks but, as best I can tell from this brief experience, it works as well as the expensive brand recommended by the refrigerator manufacturer at a quarter of the price. (I'll know more in 6 months time.)
