Figure came in undamaged

Buying was easy enough, figure was high quality. There was some damage during shipping, they didn't do much about rectifying it. Told me to glue it back together.

Took a year to get back to me about the figure I ordered and wanted to charge me 50 or 60 dollars fod shipping. When I said I am no longer interested, refund was not an option. They really tried to convince me to get it though. Not recommending this website at all.

Down payment given for pre-order of Ryuko Matoi figure. Pre-order never received, delays and excuses made every time. Released date kept getting pushed back. Asked for refund of down payment, was refused. Product never received, money never returned. Nearly a year has passed now. Will not purchase anything from here again. Robbed blind.

Ten whole months of delay for a preorder of 100€ with zero notice, to then be expected to pull out 260 bucks from my pocket within two weeks with no possibility to be refunded. Unless you have money available all the time and you're fine with horrendously long and unannounced delays, don't buy from them.
