I am extremely disappointed with my experience with GKCollectors. I ordered the “Gentleman 18 Studio – Roronoa Zoro” figure, but the item I received was both defective and incomplete. The replacement feet do not fit at all, making it impossible to properly assemble or display the figure. On top of that, several items that were clearly listed in the product description were missing, including the clothing/accessories, the original limited-edition coin, and the certificate of authenticity. What makes this even worse is that I received the defective product over two months ago and have contacted customer service multiple times — without any response. This is despite the fact that I paid for shipping insurance. This level of service is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from GKCollectors. I hope the company finally responds and resolves this issue.

After a year and a half I never got any updates when item was shipped. Then when they item arrived many small pieces were broken.

Bought a figure two years ago and every time I try to contact them they don’t answer then they add a WhatsApp to make it easier and then I talk about a order the response once and they didn’t contact me at all leaving me on read terrible customer service on my order #16073

Product has arrived at time of review. Multiple smaller parts broke during transit. Haven't taken product out of box to see the rest of it yet.

Very happy with my purchase. I would definitely buy from them again.
