Legacy is available in all 50 states, pricing starts at $145, and clients can pay with HSA or FSA funds.Sperm storage: Legacy stores frozen sperm for up to 25 years. Legacy is the only company that stores each client’s frozen samples across multiple sites, so a problem at one facility cannot wipe out a client’s entire deposit.Accuracy: Legacy’s mail-in kit is clinically validated. In a study published in the American Journal of Men’s Health in 2025, Legacy’s researchers showed that results from samples analyzed after shipping accurately predict the values of a fresh sample.
