giggster.comReviews of giggster.com

I have only been a host for a short time but Giggster has been incredibly useful. The sign up and details and payment options given are very flexible and easy to use. The few times I had questions their online help was incredibly detailed and would even follow up to confirm everything was sorted. All my renters have been lovely and I look forward to continuing to use it.

Giggster has helped supplement my income this year by renting out my place. Its hub is fast and easy to use. I love their customer care and response time. Thank you

The company is easy to work with any very responsive

I’ve worked with the Giggster platform since 2018. Overall, it has been a great experience! I’ve never had any issues. I would recommend adding a video option in addition to photos for listings, expanding the ability to write your own house rules, managing different guest-count tiers, and investing more in marketing so more people learn about Giggster and bookings increase. Otherwise, everything works great!

Tetiana went above and beyond to resolve my issue. We were on a very short timeframe and she put in extra effort to find a solution that worked. She made working with Giggster easy. Thank you, Tetiana!

Giggster has been wonderful! The platform is easy to navigate, the clients who rent have all been great, and the customer service has been prompt and very helpful. I’m very pleased with my experience so far and will recommend them to other hosts.

I had to cancel a booking due to extenuating circumstances and giggster walked me through the very simple process. I will book in the future solely based on how they handled things!

So helpful and responsive. Grateful for Giggster!
