I ordered two mugs as gifts of remembrance. I was hopeful that it will look just like the picture on the website, and once I received it...the products exceeded all of my expectations!!! I will most definitely order again!

Wrong made right! At first I was very disappointed in the company and the product. The mugs I ordered did not arrive in the time they said, and when they did, they were the wrong mugs. I emailed the customer service and they responded very quickly. To their credit, they immediately printed the new mugs and got them to me in a timely manor. One of them had to be printed a second time because of a flaw in printing. In the end I was very satisfied.

I chose “Forever in my Heart” but unfortunately the cursive writing and the choice of letters is wrong. The “a” in Heart is a “g” or “q” with a squiggly line underneath. Therefore, the “a” does not connect with the “r” which is half of the “r”. It reads as “Heget” instead of “Heart”. The “r” looks like a capital cursive “E”. The picture of my husband and three cats looking at a beautiful mountain scene is beautiful. He was overwhelmed by emotions and loves the mug.I didn’t point out the “Heget” mistake so all in all, it was a success!

I loved being able to customize my coffee mug so that it looks like me and my dog enjoying a mountain view. I also loved being able to customize the words! It was also packed very carefully so it arrived unbroken. The shipping was delayed over and over, and untrackable, so that is the reason for four stars instead of five.
