UPS completely lost my original order with Giftymize. They did nothing to help me, but Giftyize fixed the situation and sent me a replacement. Giftymize was extremely accommodating and professional. Even though the item I bought was not expensive, they treated me with priority and kindness. This is a quality company and I completely recommend them!
