I sent a $30 Playstation gift card to…
I sent a $30 Playstation gift card to my nephew for his birthday, but when his mom tried to download she was told she had to transfer it to a Visa or another card, but she wasn't able to do so and chose another option and was basically charged around $5 for the transaction. So my nephew did not receive the full amount that I intended. She asked me to never use GiftYa again.

The egift card was never received.!? My cc was charged..Have tried to contact no availed. Totally disgusted. How can this be corrected... someone's needs to contact me and make this right..
