Less than a star. I used to send my cousin a gift card to purchase food. It was a complete disaster. They take the money and the 1.95 fee immediately and take their time to send the gift card. Once my cousin finally got it she had issue after issue getting to it. She still hasn’t been able to use as what was supposed to take “seconds” still says pending and now she has to wait on an email from support because there is no live support option. Meanwhile no food and canceling and getting a refund takes days and now I do t have more money to send her. Don’t waste your time or money this is a huge scam to soak up fees. She can’t even re-gift it without paying an additional 1.95. Such a scam!

You have to watch Giftya. They do not tell you whether your gift has been been sent or opened, and you have no way of knowing unless you ask the recipient. In my case, I bought a $100 target certificate to be sent to my daughter’s email. It was not received. luckily I called to check. I presume it was not sent. I did go through the resend procedure on the website, and it was immediately received. This strongly suggests me that it was not sent in the first instance. What a great way for the company to make money. If neither of us hafollowed up, it appears the money would just have stayed with giftya.

Scam.. first of all they ask for too much just to retrieve the gift card & after all that NO GIFT CARD NUMBERS they just say link your payment method of the company you are spending it on & then amount on "gift card" is reimbursed after spent. SHADY

I've read many negative things about gift.I don't quite understand why. I have used this company four times now. Twice I had a problem due to misinformation that I sent. I contacted them to make the corrections and the corrections were immediately made. I recommend them highly.

horrible...DO NOT GET THIS SCAMM..confuse you enough to lose money on it and have to activate this GIFTCARD with your own debit card..use your own money to buy and reimburse you later..for a giftcard it is horrid..STAY AWAY
