Awful
Awful! This is the WORST site I've ever used! I sent my boyfriend a gift card for food because he didn't have money on him. They made him link the card to his credit card (which he didn't have money on) and said he had to have money to pay for the Uber eats first then would be credited back... that's like getting someone a gift, and telling them they have to pay for it first. trying to get refunded is becoming a nightmare. I'll never use this site again.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re truly sorry for any frustration this caused. Our goal is to make gift redemption as easy and secure as possible. Linking a debit or credit card is just one option—it’s never required, but we recommend it because it offers added peace of mind: • Security: Card-linked gifts can’t be lost, stolen, or misused. • Convenience: They never expire, and all funds are fully available for use. We completely understand that this method may not be everyone’s preference, which is why we provide other redemption choices. If you or your recipient need help or have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected]. We’re here to make sure your experience is a positive one.
