Not getting credits
The company is not refunding all my purchases from the merchant (Dunkin). Only one in the last three were credited, and there is a delay in receiving the credit. Terrible, overly complicated business model. Instead of receiving a gift, I felt like my info was sold to a data mining company.

This is not a gift card at all
This is not a gift card at all. I bought a gas card at Caseys for an employee only to find out they have to link it to their debit card. Well they didnt have money on that card. So instead they got nothing. If you don't have the amount you purchased for the gift card on the debit card to spend first and then they reimburse you later for it thats not a gift card. Thats predatory practice. I want my refund now, or i will dispute with bank and get my money back!

I bought an Amazon gift card for my…
I bought an Amazon gift card for my child. She doesn’t have a Debit card to link the giftya card. And if you want a card delivered they charge an additional fee. Don’t use giftya. I should have purchased the gift card from Prezzee. Everything is digital and the recipients gets the digital card within minutes. No confusion, no linking bank cards either. And you pay NO ADDITIONAL FEES
