The verification process is unreal. Nowhere on the website are under the conditions does it mention anything about taking a photo ID and emailing it to them after everything is already verified. It was paid with PayPal. That's the reason you use PayPal. Now they won't refund our money filing complaint with Attorney General's office.

Scam Website. I made an order then was asked to verify my paypal email which does not make any sense. When one uses a paypal credit card, the paypal account is automatically verified. Any further requirements to verify is a waste of user's time. After this paypal email verification, it then prompts the requirement to manual verify using picture ID and photograph of self holding paper with order number written down. Why jump through so many hoops? No where on your website, not even your terms and conditions/services saids I need to provide a photo ID to place an order and the only reason giftnix requires this of any one is so they can sell your info. Update: You updated your website then you wrote your response. Seriously, can you try harder? Please understand that I can purchase digital or physical items elsewhere such as ebay and have not had the type of stipulations you placed on the customer. Actually, I was asked to do more than just send you an email from your paypal email address to show I had access to my paypal account. If I am writing your support from the same email address as paypal, then what other proof do I need? If you say you don't have any emails from me, then how did you find this post to reply to in the first place? Seriously, you suck!

Hello, We are very sorry for your trouble with verification, however as clearly stated on our website we do require verification on some new or large orders to combat fraud. Please understand you are buying virtual currency online and this does require additional verification. All you were asked to do was send us an email from your paypal email address to show you had access to your paypal account. Please contact us at [email protected] so we can assist you as we do not have any emails from you. Sincerely, Giftnix

Wonderful service, received my gift cards instantly. I have used numerous others in the past, but Giftnix was very fast compared to Target, etc.

Used this service multiple times and always had a good time.

Horrible customer service, also clearly manipulating these reviews, notice how all the "people" who are giving it 5 stars all have only a single review in their history.....hmmmm

I bought two sets of gift cards for people in two separate cities. Easy to buy easy to send. Great experience, made choosing a gift card so much easier and sending them fast. Best idea I've seen in a long time!

I've used Giftnix for a variety of different cards to give as gifts. All of my orders have been e-mailed within 5 minutes or less, even at late hours of the night. Their verification process is super easy and makes me feel safe shopping with them. I will continue buying cards from them as long as their awesome service continues!

Was a little sceptical at first given some of the reviews I saw on here after I'd purchased, however the support staff were absolutely lovely while helping me through my verifications and my card was delivered within a minute of providing the requested information and redeemed without an issue right after. Was amazingly fast - definitely somewhere I will be purchasing with again. Thanks so much, Giftnix - you've earnt my trust.
