They had me take a photo of my ID with my order number, item and i ordered and government id and then canceled my order. I believe they are stealing people identify online! Do not trust them. They replying saying that they can't find information matching reviews but that is a LIE as well! Do not trust this company! I used the same name and email to try to purchase a gift card!

Well, I have NO clue who they are, However they keep sending me fake invoices! So how can they have 5 stars when obviously this is a scam? !! In reply to there answer, I was told that they do hire models and there premium members cannot leave the site for 6 months. I do have there replies from both sites.

UPDATE. Haha! There were no "security issues." You are simply dishonest. And your people were also sarcastic and very unpleasant. This is a completely untrustworthy site. They take an order, email you with a confirmed order #, and then cancel without informing you. Also, giftnix.com and carddelivery.com are the exact same company. Why do they need two different websites? I think this company is a scam and I think the people who have actually received their orders are the exception.

Giftnix SCAMMED me. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. THEY RUN A SCAM THROUGH A PAYPAL LOOPHOLE. I bought a $50 League of Legends gift card on March 25, 2019. I went through their full phone verification process, and the gift card was in fact delivered to me within minutes. However, when I tried to redeem it, it said the card was already redeemed! I thought this must have been a mistake, so I contacted Riot Games customer support for help – the support agent told me the card had actually been redeemed SEVERAL WEEKS AGO, despite the gift code having just been delivered to me. I angrily forwarded my FULL CHAT TRANSCRIPT to Giftnix customer support, who after responding once asking for a screenshot of the error message, IGNORED ALL FUTURE EMAILS. They NEVER got back to me, despite me constantly emailing their customer support. I asked them to contact Riot Games themselves to verify this, but they simply ignored me. As a last ditch effort, I went to PayPal and filed for a chargeback since I'd been scammed. After another week of correspondence, PayPal informed me that they'd be unable to help me because there was a loophole in PayPal's buyer protection policy which DOES NOT PROTECT DIGITAL GOODS. They knew I'd been scammed and an agent told me to write negative reviews, report them to the FTC, and file a complaint to BBB, but that there was nothing I can do to get my money back. I'll never get my $50 back. DON'T BE ME AND FALL FOR THIS SCAM. EDIT: Because I can't reply to Giftnix's response below directly, I will put my response here. Giftnix is LYING. I have the FULL CHAT TRANSCRIPT with Riot Games customer support showing that the agent clearly saying the gift code was redeemed "AT THE BEGINNING OF MARCH, SEVERAL WEEKS AGO". However, I purchased the gift card on March 25, 2019, and got this response from the agent on March 26, 2019. POST YOUR EVIDENCE, GIFTNIX, IN THE RESPONSE BELOW. SHOW US YOU'RE NOT LYING. I'LL UPLOAD PROOF TOO, JUST AS I DID TO PAYPAL AND MY BANK AND TRUSTPILOT.

It seems everything is ok when you place the order. BUT they will ask you many times to verify your identity and the most important thing is you never pass the verification. And you are unable to cancel the order.

How does Giftnix claim to be so secure and someone still managed to use my email and PayPal info without my knowledge? I got three emails from giftnix about an order I never personally placed for $1000. Someone bought 10- $100 "Steam" gift cards on my paypal account in the middle of the night. The order still went through even though I didn't verify any information. I don't understand how this happened. I filed an "unauthorized charge" report with PayPal so hopefully they clear it up with Giftnix. When I emailed Giftnix about the charge, all I got back from them was that they would remove my email from further purchases and that they couldn't refund money on gift cards sent through email that could have already been redeemed. Not helpful at all! This is $1000 we are talking about!

I will never order from this website again. They charged my account but refused to send me my card until I sent them s picture of my drivers license. Very suspect behavior for an online purchase! I cancelled my order and still waiting for a refund.
