0 stars if I could!! The only time customer service has reached out was to confirm the order to get their money. After receiving my customized lamp, I was very disappointed. Lamp "glass" looked incredibly cheap, burnt marks on some areas, the image was very cartoon-like. I reached out to them again after seeing the item.. it was a gift but it is going in the trash now as they are no radio silent even after attaching photos of the lamp. ABSOLUTE SCAM. Lost about $50 and a personalized gift.

The quality of the product was okay but the delivery time took way too long!! They promised 5-15 working days. It ended up taking way over a month for the product to arrive.

SPAM SPAM! Don’t EVER buy or use this website. They took my $150 USD and not responding even to emails or instagram!! They did once and disappeared!! They took the money and Never shipped anything!! Their Online business should be closed IMMEDIATELY!! They’re robbing people off DONT ORDER FROM THEM AND MAKE SURE TO REPORT THEM PLEASE

I wish I had seen these reviews before I used this horrible company! My order took weeks and their Customer Service was always vague about where my item was; also blaming slow delivery on covid. When I finally got the product, a puzzle made from a photo, the box was crushed. I contacted Customer Service and they were useless. They wouldn't do a thing. This was supposed to be a gift, but I am embarrassed to give it in the condition it's in!

This company is horrible. I ordered a lamp back in March 2020 it is now August 2020 and have yet to receive my package. I have contacted several times and I always get the same email about a pandemic. Looks to be computer generated asked for a refund told me I could be refunded 5 dollars and that it. Horrible customer service would NEVER EVER recommend a company like this to anyone. Do not use if you don’t want to be robbed of your money shop elsewhere

I wish I can give zero reviews. This website and the seller has provided me with the worst online experience ever. I ordered something and waited for it to be delivered for a month and a half. No tracking update nothing, and in the end, the seller ended the conversation with " the product is delivered. check your local post office". Which is absurd. There is no such thing as a local post office in Toronto, we have postal service companies here like Canada post, fedex, Purolator, ups etc. I never got my package, I lost 80$ and the seller customer service was really really poor.

I just recieved lamp from them that I ordered a month and a half ago. I’m not mad about that, I get that it takes time to ship stuff these days. However, I opened it up and it’s not anything what I ordered. A completely different lamp and I had a message written on it which it didn’t come with either. Never ordering from this garbage company ever again.

I placed an order back in May for Mothers day. I ordered two lamps, I received one in June but not the other and it is now August. Tried contacting the company multiple times. Haven’t heard anything back at all. Would not recommend.
