This vape has quite the learning curve. Took me 30 minutes to connect my vape to the app. Once I had it connected and can control the temperate it has been working better. Concentrates seem to work better than dry herb. I am still learning how to work it to it’s full potential.

I like the quality of the vapor and the pull. The battery life isn’t quite as long as I’d like. I followed the directions of making sure to charge uninterrupted, too. Also, sometimes a bit temperamental after recharging the battery. Finally, the back button is starting to stick a bit, this is the essential button to take a hit, so not convenient. Trying to handle it as gingerly as possible.

The MV1 is a good portable vaporizer. I had purchased two different type previously and the first one burned too hot,and the second didn't give me hardly any vapor at all. The MV1 did not let me down. I get good vapor on almost every hit. It is a little trick finding your right temp but the unit is quite easy to figure out and the app is very help full for setting your temps.

The product is amazing! I can't say enough how please and impressed with the MV1! Bruce the Customer service rep is wonderful! Had virtually instantaneous responses to my inquiries. I am having a problem pairing my vape to my phone, however Bruce is working with me on that and I think part of my problem is my really old smartphone, but regardless, great product, excellent support and overall an excellent company! I would recommend the product and company to anyone!
