The purchase was perfect. Communication was excellent every step was updated and accurate. The Ghost MV1 is better than I hoped. My only complaint is that the quick charger should be included at this price point.

I did plenty of research before purchasing...this works just as described. compact enough for travel, long battery life, cool vapor, conserves product, easy use!

UPDATE: Ghost was quick to respond to my frustration with my order, my item did ship and will arrive on time. I will fault the website for still saying my order is Processing, and no email was sent giving me my shipping info (checked in spam folder). The customer service rep did give me my shipment tracking and low and behold it will arrive on time. I am happy to see the fast response. So I will update to 3 stars I will update this review as I go. Ordering and shipping process. I attempted to order my Ghost about 30 plus times on Wednesday, each time the website rejecting my payment. After trying several different payment methods the website finally took my order, the next day I received a email from a customer support person claiming there was a problem with my payment address and shipping address. (I explained I needed the unit by Monday). The address used for shipping is the same address on file at my bank. After having to send photos of my I'd and bank card half a day passed and late in the day I received a email stating they accepted my order and it would be immediately shipped and upgraded to next day. Friday came and went with no shipment notice being sent and my order still showing as in process. So here we are at Saturday and still no shipment no emails, no nothing.. Considering I was clear I needed it by Monday and was told it would arrive I find it frustrating that this company can't hold to what it says it will do. Is this a sign to things to come ? Did I make a mistake if spending my $ with this company? Will they make it right? So far extremely disappointed with the purchasing and customer service experience.

This product is poorly designed, I'm on my third one due to faulty design that after a few months the door stops closing.
