My battery seems to have been DOA
My battery seems to have been DOA. :/ Battery wont charge. Got one good hit off of it thinking it was fully charged after charging it on the fast charger (thought it was charging) for 6+ hours. Tried cjarging the battery via usb but nah still same red light 8+ hours later.

Hello Edwin, It definitely sounds like you are having some trouble with the battery. When using the USB charger plug when the battery is fully charged the red light will turn off. The initial charge (recommended before 1st use) will take 8-10 hours. During the charge, your battery should display a red LED. The LED will turn off when the battery is fully charged. Regarding the Fast Charger please remove the plug from the back of the Fast Charger, please leave the plug out for about a minute or so, then place the plug back into the Fast Charger, and see if this helps. A full charge takes 2-2.5 hours. During the charge, the Fast Charger will display a red LED. When the battery is fully charged, the LED will turn green.
