The Jury is still out on the Ghost Controls Equipment, still not sure how long it will last. The one thing good to say is their Customer Service Rep, Ms Jackson is a Star above the rest in her knowledge, willingness to help and make things right. So easy to deal with and her solution to some problems we had with their well named Zombie lock which died real early banging itself to death trying to close. The solution is a much better design and is working fine. Thank you Ms Jackson you're the Best!

Ben at Ghost Controls provided outstanding customer support. He spent over an hour patiently walking me through troubleshooting steps and helped me fully resolve the issue. His knowledge, professionalism, and dedication to making sure everything worked correctly were exceptional. It’s rare to find support this thorough and committed. Highly recommend Ghost Controls and especially Ben for their excellent service.

These guys have great products and their customer service is absolutely incredible! I’ve had their system for years now and the couple small issues I had were quickly resolved by their customer service team.

I love my Ghost Controls gate operators! They are a great company and tech support has been outstanding!! I was able to schedule a Saturday call from tech support when they are normally closed, which was resolved and replacement part was being shipped. I’m glad I chose Ghost Controls over others I considered. Five out of five stars!

I have had a Ghost Control gate opener for a year or two. It has been great in every way. Great features and accessories, It functions flawlessly and the remote controls work well. The only thing better than their product is their customer service. I have contacted them twice. The first time was when I had a problem in the initial setup. The native English-speaking representative walked me through the setup and identified the problem. The second time was recently. After we had a very lot of rain, my wooden gate started sticking and caused everything to get out of adjustment and it started seizing up. I called customer service and got another excellent rep. She knew the product very well and patiently took me through steps to correct the issue.
