Didn’t expect much because this is my first order at this website. Turn out everything was perfect, the plushie I received was very cute and match the description, shipping didn’t last too long and I’m pleased.

Items exactly as described and customer service was wonderful, we had a couple issues with delivery (no fault of the store) and Ghibli Store was very helpful in resolving.

Fast delivery, good products

This was my first time ordering with The Ghibli Store. We purchased a large Totoro plushie for a family member and the item was lost in transit. Not only did The Ghibli Store actively monitor the first shipment to ensure its delivery, but reached out to myself and the carrier before I even knew it was a problem. Then, when I had not received the item and the carrier was unable to locate it, The Ghibli Store sent a second plushie without any additional cost to me and continued to monitor that it arrived to my house safely. Their responsiveness in communication, kindness, and attention to detail was so incredible. We will most definitely be ordering again!

The customer service I’ve received with this purchase is absolutely excellent. They informed me of an address discrepancy, which not all companies take the time to do. I live on the line between 2 areas and I regularly don’t receive packages because of address issues but I’m confident this will be received. I also mentioned the purchase is a birthday gift and they took the time to let me know the shipping timeframe in the event it wouldn’t make it in time. The diligence to ensure I was informed is rare, and very appreciated!
