Customer service was outstanding
The customer service was outstanding. They went above and beyond to make sure I got my order when it was shipped to the wrong address. However, I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the shirt. Feels like that kind of Cricut quality that will wear off in a few washes. I bought it for NYCC, so at least it will last the one day, but I don't have a lot of hope it will last long after that. I would gladly buy other merch from them.

My daughter love the Totoro from this store!
I take off 1 star because they take a few days to replying my concern about shipping time. But after all, my order - a Totoro plush was arrived to my door and my daughter love it a lot, she put it on her bed and they play the sleep party every night. The shipping time is quite slow. It take me 2 weeks
