This review might post twice because the first froze. Anyways, items arrived as expected and in great condition. Customer service was quick to answer my questions regarding shipping. I ordered 2 " My neighbor Totoro" plush for grandkids. Super cute and plushy. True to size. Will definitely order from store again!

Everything is good! I got my tracking number 3 days after I placed my order, and it arrived 8 days later. It was a print-on-demand hoodie. The print was nice and my daughter loves it.

After an initial mix up with my sons order the company made it right. They were very quick to respond and rectified the situation to my satisfaction. I appreciate how the company followed up immediately to my messages. My son is very satisfied with his blanket he ordered.
