Negative Stars. This company is fraudulent do not ever enter your account information they will steal your money they sign you up for subscriptions they are very not upfront about what you're signing up for when you put your information in to see if you qualify. Then unbeknownst to you they will Bill your card month after month they were taking money out of my HSA stealing money I should say I never signed up for anything and yet I was being charged $135 a month for some so-called subscription. I never received any services I never received any medication I never spoke to a provider they were basically stealing money from me it's fraud. They will not help you cancel it and when you try to cancel it it still shows that you're active and when they're taking the next payment out. They will not let you remove your bank account. And in my case it's an HSA Visa so they're stealing my medical money from me. this whole company is nothing but fraud and you cannot get any help from them they don't care all they care about is stealing your money beware stay away from this company they are horrible horrible customer service horrible people they are thieves and they will steal your money and they will just keep paying and pain and pain and nothing happens I plan on filing a class action lawsuit.

Keeping me informed with the program and hiw the injection works

I love that it gets delivered to your home and that its easy to refill your prescription if you want to, but It’s hard to get a hold of your primary provider especially if you have a bad reaction your first dosage. I was throwing up everything I was eating or drinking literally EVERYTHING. I messaged them first thing 8 in the morning and didn’t get any medicine for nausea until 5:30 that evening. Even now they have upped my dosage but now I don’t have enough in my second month vial so I only have 2.5 months worth of medicine even though I paid for 3 and when I went to message them about what should I do, how much should I use, etc,. Its take about 2 days each message, you send to them so if you message them and then 2 days later they message you back you have to wait another 2 days after you respond to hear anything back.

I didn't find the rules clear. And they charged me $1,099+$216+ $49. And the advertisement was that the medicine cost $599.

Zealthy has been very professional and patient with me while getting used to the new meds. They are very quick in their responses and if they need to confer w someone, they let you know that and then get back to my promptly

Initially came into my membership with them with some second guessing, but overall they have been so helpful and informative. I just started the 3 month membership/supply of medication with the 20% discount for paying for it all up front and I have received not only my medicine, but multiple alerts on shipping, check in from care coordinators, and physicians as well as how to guides to get started. I initially ordered a one month supply and paid & then cancelled that once I saw the 3 month offer- I was refunded in about 7 business days & immediately upon it being cancelled my 3 month supply was prescribed and shipped. Everyone has been very nice and responsive, there was a while I was panicking because I had a refund processing & had paid for 3 months and started to get worried and they were very reassuring. Definitely recommend
