I give a BIG 0 for ratings but it made me choose at least one star which they don’t deserve it’s a scam. This company is by far the worst to deal with and their employees since the very beginning. From being hung up on to being told I’m sorry there’s nothing we can do based on my situation and sorry about your luck. They are not helpful at all and if you’re looking for weightloss please take your business elsewhere and don’t give it to this company you will regret it. There is much better competitors and sources that are worth your money and a customer service and company will treat you better.

The medication works great!

My experience has been pleasant so far. I have only been a member for a short time so it may be soon to tell. Overall experience this far has been great. Zealthy is communicative and shows they care.

I met with Ms. Karen Logan. She was great, when the picture disconnected she called and we spoke about me, what brought me to the site, what my goals were she made me feel important and cared about.

All they want is your money and don't care about their clients. I was prescribed a medication and they charged me $1052 for it. It was shipped on March 8th and I was supposed receive it on the 10th. So I wasn't at home and I routed the address to where I was working that week. I had to pay an additional $60 for a change in the delivery address. Then, the UPS said my medication would arrive on the 12th. They didn't call me. On the 13th I tracked it and it says was delayed and will be coming on the 14th. Still didn't receive it. Then, I called the UPS on the 15th while going back home. They told me the address was not registered in the portal. I asked if they could be redelivered to the original address, said yes. The UPS lady told me It will be redelivered on the 17th. Then, I got a call again that same evening that the pharmacy requested the medication to be returned. They started the return process. Now, I called Zealthy and I don't know what is going on and none of the Care coordinators are even making sense based on their responses. I keep calling and asking for a refund since I couldn't get my medication, but they refused to issue me a refund. Saying that they can't issue a refund based on the this is a prescribed medication. They are asking me to pay addtional $775 if I want to get my medication. I said No, this is quite unfair. On Monday, April 8th they told me that the pharmacy agreed to resend my medication with no additional charge. It has been a week and a half and haven't heard from the pharmacy or if they are processing my medication replacement order. At this point, I didn't receive my money or my medication really sad.

I tried this online weight loss program hoping I could gain access to the GLP-1 medications that are out of stock in local pharmacies. I filled in all my medical history and even uploaded recent lab documents from PCP. I was told that they would attempt to get prior authorization for the medications. Both medications were denied by my insurance, but the company is pushing you to order their generic medications for $150-200/month on top of the $100+ monthly membership fee. They say they accept insurance but at no point was that addressed. When i received my denial info on the prescriptions, the company was asking for additional info to get the medications approved. I don’t think company truly tries to get the prior authorization approved. My PCP was able to get the PA approved on the 1st attempt. I wasted my $49 with this company…..

They delivered to wrong address and out of state and refused to refund or send new batch. Not good business and do not follow through. I followed there steps to correct the address prior to sending and it still delivered to wrong address two weeks later.

I originally signed for their $49 “deal” on 3/26. Once you sign up you realize it is just for the “coaching” and provider, not even the medication. Then realizing I have to pay for a month to three months supply at their “discounted” price or wait to see if my insurance authorizes it I decided not to just because I was already questioning whether they were legit or not. Friday 4/12 I get a message that they had good news and my prior authorization had been approved. Again, I was still iffy about the whole website so I logged onto my insurance website and I did see that there indeed was a prior authorization so that was a green flag that it is legit. However, once you log on and you want to continue it tells you that in order to continue you need to sign up 2 to 6 months of the coaching. I signed up for the two months and that was another $216 and it says it will take one to two business days for them to send it to your pharmacy. Today is Wednesday and I still have not heard back so I reached out to them and then they pulled the you have to purchase the medication that was initially given to you because your local pharmacies in your area do not carry the low dosage therefore it means the prior authorization that they got approved. I cannot even use, because no pharmacies have it in stock And I feel like they knew that but yet they got me to sign up for an additional two months total of three for nothing. I do believe that the website is legit, and it is cheaper than if you were just to buy it from your local pharmacy, but it is very misleading and they are not transparent and now I am not going to purchase the medication and that prior authorization goes to waste, and when I asked for a refund today I was ignored, and that question was not acknowledged at all. So I am out of $265. If you’re willing to pay for it at a discounted price plus the “coaching”, go for it. But if you are misled like I am and you think that you are getting a deal on the medication it will be one thing after another and additional money I would recommend just going to your primary care doctor and getting a prior authorization through them without the extra cost.
