Came quickly. I made a mistake on my first injection and the doctor contacted me to make sure I was ok. I am down 16 lbs in 3 weeks. It has completely changed my thinking around food and is teaching me to listen to my body. Only wish it was cheaper.

The ticket was already sent last week, stop lying. I give 0 the worst as a service company, they send emails every minute with contradictory information, with Zealthy I will never place an order even as a gift, they will refund my money since the subscription is cancelled, there are also places where they protect consumers from companies who commit fraud. I think everything should be escalated to higher levels and I hope Zealthy analyzes the terrible service because companies exist for customers.

Absolutely do not waste your time... I saw great facebook posts and decided to try for my semaglutide journey. I was paying $128 per week and this was going to save me around $100 a month. Wish I did not do it. They charged me the membership fee, then the entire month of prescription. They called me 5 days later to advise it will be another 9-15 business days before I receive the prescription. Why charge $300+ and you havent shipped the product. I asked for a refund. They said sure, we will refund the prescription but not the membership fee. Atrocious customer service.

Tried to charge my card $49 even though I did not get approved. They should have a statement and checkbox saying "If you do not get approved, we will still charge you $49, are you okay with this?" How deceiving!

My membership was canceled so I only got one month. Not to sure why. I didn't want to use my insurance but I thought I had to put it. Now I need to find my medicine somewhere else.

Hey there Brittany, we are so sorry to hear that your account has been canceled with us. We did review your account and do see the account was canceled due to the type of insurance you have. Sadly, we are not able to assist you further with the weight loss services with the insurance you currently have. The insurance will not allow us to prescribe medication even if being paid out of pocket. We greatly apologize for this!
