I signed up then quickly cancelled after reading reviews online via Reddit (lesson learned). I had gotten a message from a provider with a Rx which I guess counts as a consultation (no it doesn’t) and cannot get my $49 refund back. I had called multiple times to fix an issue and finally cancelled my membership. I got confirmation emails and so forth. A week later I get an email with an invoice saying my order has processed with a lovely charge of $670 on my bank. Contacted them which they apologized and do agree my membership is cancelled but now have to wait to be escalated to the pharmacy escalation team in order to find out if I get a refund. Sounds like there is zero communication between the company and pharmacy they use. Horrible horrible company. Completely unprofessional sketchy company.

It’s been so convenient and easy to get in touch with a provider! To see my in person pcp I have to plan weeks out which doesn’t always work for me. The service if fairly efficient and easy to use to receive medications. I do not like that you have to subscribe to their weight loss coaching program no matter if you need it or not. I think that other the medication can be bought elsewhere for less.

I’ve been using Zealthy for a few Months now and I have had a wonderful experience. I’ve ordered 3 months worth of my compounded terzepitide twice and it has come on time in secure packaging with plenty of supplies.
