ADVERTISEMENT VERY MISLEADING!!!!!
Their advertisement is very misleading. I thought I was paying money for meds for weight loss but instead I was paying for membership of which I never wanted. I was denied the Rx, but when I asked for a refund, they denied. Their advertisement also said it would be easy to cancel and it was not. The directions they gave to cancel on their website were incorrect...there was no way to cancel online. I had to contact someone to get this cancelled. I never spoke with anyone about medical care. I answered a ton of questions before even paying money. I thought this questionaire was to see if I was eligible for certain weight loss pills. The advertisement said that if insurance was denied I could cancel at anytime.

Hello Roxianne! We are so sorry to hear that you did not have the best experience using our services. We understand how disappointing it is to not qualify for your wanted prescription but we do see your Provider reached out with other options. We are unable to refund the $49 sign-up fee as a Provider did review your Intakes and worked on finding what options worked best for your body. To cancel your account, you can do this anytime within your Zealthy account. If you head to your My Profile (bubble with the face inco) and hit the Manage Membership button there you will have the option to cancel, or make any changes you want to your Zealthy membership. We did confirm your membership is canceled so you will not be charged again. If there is anything further we can do to help please email [email protected] with the Subject Line "Trustpilot" and we will be happy to help you further.
