I cancelled my subscription over a month ago. They charged my card almost $800 the other day for a refill. First The subscription was cancelled and secondly I never received any product. Waiting for response before I give very negative reviews. Thank you

Hey Sarae! We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that you have experienced. When I checked, your medication subscription was collected last August 14, 2024, and I have noticed that you haven't received the medication. I have informed our team to further check this issue and they will get in touch with you within 1-2 business days. Rest assured that we are resolving this matter and it will be rectified. Most definetly a scam. I went into it to get semaglutide medication. Couldn't get signed up and am glad. I got pancreatitis and found out i would not be able to take the medication. Luckily i had not pulled the trigger yet so I let them now I would not be using them due to the pancreatitis. And a week or 2 later I see that my credit card had been charged over a thousand dollars. By the same person that I had told I would not be buying it. They finally refunded it. This was in the beginning of May , since then they have tried 3 times to charge my card for the medication. Luckily my card declined it I canceled this in the beginning of May. The most recent was this week. I find ouit that they have been charging me 135.00 for a weightloss program. NOWHERE in the signup process do they explain there are separate fees for a membership ($135/mo). And this is the excuse I get "Thank you for reaching out, and we're sorry to hear about any inconvenience. We understand how frustrating it can be to receive payment attempts after canceling your account." Ya think. They are a bunch of scam artists and If I can figure out the best way I'm pressing charges. They are thieves

Hello Jon, we are so sorry to hear that you are being charged for a service that you are no longer using. We do see that in May you asked us to cancel an order with us. This action was taken. However, your membership remained active as you requested additional information from your Provider. You do pay a monthly weight loss membership fee to be able to have access to a Provider, and Weight Loss coach. As well as having us work with the pharmacy and if requested your insurance directly. If your insurance does not cover your prescription then we can prescribe non-GLP medication, which comes free with your membership, or GLP medication that comes at a separate fee. Since your membership was never canceled out, this is why you continued to be charged. We do let you know when signing up that you are signing up for a monthly membership that is reoccurring unless canceled out in your Zealthy My Profile section or through working with a Zealthy Coordinator. We have made sure the membership is canceled out so you will not be charged again and refunded this month's membership fee. We have emailed you the refund details. If there is anything further we can do to help please feel free to reply to our email, Thank you!

Worst service ever. First signing up they respond fast and ship fast, but after that they just charge you and don't send any products. Numerous phone calls, texts, emails give me just another nonsense answer without any results. Everybody gives a different story and promise, but nothing is done. Cancelled my membership and dispute the charges!
