Total rip off. Their website says that after month 1 your dose will go up to 9-14mg (from 3mg which is basically nothing) but when my meds arrived it was 3 months all at 3mg. This means I paid the equivalent of $60000 an ounce for their medication! When I contacted them to get my missing meds I messaged them and they replied and told me they were "escalating" the situation but all that happened was i got passed around over and over while nothing got fixed. Then I had a video call with one of their people and she apologized and told me she would make sure I got what I paid for right away but again nothing happened. So I kept messaging asking for a fix and kept getting apologized to and forwarded to the 'escalation' team but nothing ever happened. Now it's 2 months later and it's time for my refill so I went online for my free refill (i paid for it already). There they say 'well you can have your 18mg pills but you'll have to sign up again or you can have what you already paid for but it's only 6mg medication. So I selected 6mg and then it tried to charge me $249 for something i already paid for! So now I have to deal with their impossible customer service for another issue and im confident nothing will be fixed. So, im out $549, got 270mg of medication total (less than the size of an asprin for $549!!) And to top it off i didn't lose any weight even though I walked my ass off and cut out all sugar. Zero stars, just talk to a real doctor or prepare to get shafted

I have been dealing with fraudulent charges from May, 2025 and continuing through Jan, 2026. They use different names to access my account. This after charging me $1124 for medication never sent . Thieves!! Tried the emails for months. Absolutely useless. Stop fraudulently billing me!! Very simple! You credited my card last month after my message. Just to turn around and steal another $135 two weeks later. This is now 10 months of your incompetence/criminal activity.

Found this company on Google. Very simple to get started. Reasonably priced, great experience

I called the toll free number because I had questions before I purchased anything I spoke with a lady name elyysa who did not provide me good customer service number one she sounded like she was on speaker phone which is not professional...and basically told me if I did not have a account or paid for service she could not help me with any questions .which is bull crap because I signed up and get texts and emails I will never ignore red flags and that was a red flag I will not use service I've also sent tons of emails for a week to the email address listed with no response....

Responded to advertisement on January 19th 2026 for a discounted price for medication for one month. They pulled my money immediately (less than a minute) but as of today, February 6 2026, I've yet to receive anything at all. Zealthy is near impossible to connect with a live person and only twice out of a dozen calls have I received a call back. The agent says I've completed my intake so they won't refund my money. The app says I've not completed my intake. I've received NOTHING, yet the app is requesting my insurance information for a refill. A refill for what I've yet to receive and they admit hasn't been shipped. The only two times I've been able to connect with an agent they've "elevated" my problem to a different Customer Care Team, who has yet to contact me. I'm strongly considering reporting Zealthy to the proper Consumer Protection authorities on the basis of fraud.

Very easy process. Product arrives on time and works well. Im still trying to het my insurance to cover.

I looked into this company back in April and I paid the $39 fee. I had a rep message me several times as I never bought anything from them. I told the rep I did not wish to proceed with them. She supposedly canceled the plan. In June I see I am still get $135 drafted from my cc. I again email them and tell to cancel it and I cancel through my account on their website. At this point, I think everything is good. I have had to cancel several times as it seems they kept drafting and changed it from canceled to active. Here it is February and this is still going on. I have sent them many emails and today I told them all of this again and they claimed they never received any emails from me so I forwarded them all and then they state they show my account now canceled (it has been many times). I screenshot it this time so hopefully this time is the end. They owe me $1215 from the fraudulent charges after I not only emailed the but canceled online multiple times. Stay away. None of these companies should charge you on a monthly basis if you are not doing business and buying anything from the company. That is a complete scam. They also have a Facebook page about zealthy being a scam and many folks have been the same way.
