I have been a member since June of 2024 BUT THATS only because I got a deal the first three months of membership. If you do not literally stay on them every single day of the week when it’s time to refill you next rx then you will never get it and when I need PRIOR AUTHORIZATION I literally have to call zealthy and my pharmacy insurance on a THREE WAY CALL just to get zealthy to do what they are supposed to. They have never really followed through unless I chase them with threats and calls. They could care less about their customers and every month the membership fees should be 50% off because that’s the kind of customer care you will get is half ass!!!!!

This company and its website have an intentionally deceptive and predatory pricing model. To even view treatment options, you need to buy a $40 non-refundable “membership,” even before you are approved for treatment. I am currently trying to get a refund/dispute the charge because I received absolutely no service. Edit: About 1 week after writing this I got my refund. Given that support refused me a refund before I wrote this review, it seems that I only got my refund due to this (deservedly) bad review. I guess you all get a star back for giving me my money back though.

This company is a complete scam. DO NOT TRUST THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT A LEGITIMATE COMPANY. They will take your money and then they do not deliver the product. I have an attorney and we are going after them.
