Absolutely HORRIBLE. DO NOT purchase anything from this company unless you are 1000% sure you are eligible for this type of medication. I’ve tried and gotten approved for this medication only for it to be randomly canceled out of the blue. Yes they refunded the medication money, but the membership- they won’t refund a dime and I had 2 months paid in advance because I was under the impression that I was getting the medication. They have horrible customer service and they take forever to respond, and on top of that, there’s a different person replying every time so it’s like they never understand your issue. I warn you. Do NOT purchase anything from here unless you’re sure that you’re getting the medication. Don’t prepay anything, don’t fall for any traps.

Hello Marlene! I am truly sorry to hear that you had this experience. I do see your order was canceled, not because you did not qualify, but because of an issue directly with our partnering pharmacy. We have refunded you in full for your order and membership fees in the amounts of $1124 and $39 as of 2025-05-20. If there is anything else we can do to help, please feel free to email [email protected] with the Subject Line "TrustPilot-Lydia" or call us at (877)870-0323. Any of our Zealthy Coordinators would love to help!

Blood sucking leeches come to mind but no probably worse. They won’t let you cancel and keep trying to charge you well after. BEWARE. They charge you, inundate you with stupid messages and you get nothing in return. STAY AWAY.
Response from ZealthyMay 22, 2025

You are able to cancel at any time by going to your patient portal and selecting "my profile," then scrolling down to the bottom of the page to "manage membership" to cancel your subscription.
