The ad said “Golden Lift”, but…
I bought this item “Golden Lift” because the ad (on Instagram) showed how it smoothed out wrinkles on the neck, face and upper lip. I saved the ad that was on instagram (June 2026), then, I wanted to see it again but it disappeared from Instagram! I tried to remember a few details about the ad for this product. The ad described how “Golden Lift” smoothed out wrinkles-especially on the neck and upper lip (which I desperately needed-and the reason I ordered it). But, when I received the product in the mail last week, it was NOT the product advertised, instead - it was for eyes. A retinol cream for EYES??This didn’t make any sense because retinol is not supposed to be placed around the eyes! Plus.... You should always wear a strong sunblock when using retinol because you tend to burn 3 times faster!! I know this because I've been going to dermatologists regularly for half of my life! The instructions on the tube (which was not “Golden Lift” for wrinkles around the face and neck!) was for "Celestvera", which is for around the eyes as the directions on the tube and the box state. But, your video on Instagram (which I ordered this from) that had the little girl trying to smooth out her grandma's skin on her neck. Also, the model is seen applying it to her upper lip. This video said nothing about using it around the eyes. I saved this video to be able to go back to - if I wanted to read results from other "buyers" and/or purchase more of this product, becaused it seemed legit. But the video/ad disappeared. This made the product read "scam" all over it. The email verification said something about Luxeveria, which is also only for the skin around the eyes. So where is the product that I bought based on the video of the little girl looking at her grandmother's neck and face? It's nowhere. How clever. So, I have spent my hard-earned money for something totally opposite of what I thought I was getting. Plus, after using it for 1 week and 1/2, I don't see any difference in my skin. I was so very upset. I got another email from the company saying that I could get a 10% refund or a 30% discount on another product. Seriously??? The verification email says this at the end: “Backed by a 365-day guarantee, so there's genuinely nothing to lose — except maybe that stranger in the mirror. Warmly, The Vynzo Team” Ughhh…this made me SO UPSET!!! Don’t waste your money with this company!!! The return address was from Jose M. in New York. M. L.
