The communication with the team was fast and clear. I had a lot of questions and they were all answered. Laptop arrived quickly in a neatly packaged box.

Ok. I dont every write reviews or give 5 stars but somehow they showed up on my feed so i decided to check them out. I was paying 450 per month for a fully loaded macbook 16 2021 and was really suprised to get quoted $178 per month for the new one. I get it, its essentially price of the machine divided to 36 months plus with the option to upgrade in 2 years where they buy the one you have off of you. I am not quite sure how that will work of if this company will even be around or how much they will offer it for but so far the experience has been great. There was a little hick up with delivery estimate but the small team of six are very responsive and really go out of their way to accommodate. (i wont get into details here) Overall, the only limitation i see here is the lack of options in terms of overall mac offering. I want the studio display and would have bought it if it was available as well. I think upgraded should also offer other mac options... ANYWAY... going any other way just makes no sense when you end up paying half of what you would pay to apple per month, plus no interest plus buy back and upgrade option. I give this 5 start. I NEVER GIVE ANYTHING 5 START AND THIS SHOULD REALLY BE A 4 START BASED ON THE LIMITATIONS OF PRODUCT ON HERE BUT THE 5 START HERE IS BASED SOLELY ON MY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. TOP NOTCH!

As a small business owner that’s still in the startup phase, I was desperately trying to avoid upgrading my aging Surface Pro 8. It was lagging on zoom calls and definitely slowing down causing issues for me. My friends and fellow advisors kept telling me to get a MacBook Pro but the cost of it I just couldn’t stomach. Then I read an add on my newsfeed talking about this cool way to finance your MacBook for 0% over 3 years with an option to upgrade in 24 months. I also saw that getting apple care was included in the cost and saw that I could much more easily stomach the monthly payment than paying for the thing outright even though I could. Going through the signup process was super easy. Barely took any time and my MacBook shipped and got to me in 3 days. I’m in love with it. It’s SO much quicker and simple to use. Love the integration with my iPhone and AirPods as well. I even use my iPhone as the camera on zoom and it super crisp and the AirPods sync easily with it. If you don’t want to drop a ton of cash this is an easy decision. Also extremely excited that in 2 years I can trade this in and upgrade to the newest model at that time. Would, and will, definitely recommend this company to everyone I see.
