Communication was fine, and not overdone with flurries of emails. It took a little bit of time to ship the product, but within reasonable limits. When the watch did ship, it was prompt and secure and with a reputable carrier (not like so many organizations that use shippers like UniUni). The watch itself sets perfectly and holds perfect time. It’s my second automatic watch so I’m familiar with the functions, and it’s easy to set. The watch looks fantastic and fits perfectly. It’s the first watch that’s more formal looking, which I need since my other two watches are nice watches (especially the Omega), but dive watches and less formal with a black composite bands. It’s the perfect size for me and looks great, exactly what I was looking for.

After reading several horror stories on Trustpilot, I was concerned it was a scam. All I can say is the transaction went perfectly, and I received the watch on time and in perfect condition. They provided a FedEx tracking number and shipped it the next day. Received it in two days from the Chicago area to Chattanooga, TN

More like a kids toy

I feel ashamed I fell for this. Lesson learned I guess.

You know if a product involves Trump it’s got to be a piece of shit. These are not worth the price. Made in China and customer service non-existent.

Ordered my Red Beauty on 12/10/25 and received it on 12/13/25 fedex express. I had to contact customer service to correct my email and I have to say they were very helpful and quick to respond. Is the watch worth $500 ? For me it is. Don’t listen to the naysayers or those affiliated with tds. Love the watch & would recommend.

I ordered the wrong item by mistake and I was fretting about it since, it was a gift for my husband. I quickly emailed the company hoping I would be able to change my order, before shipping. Well, within 5 minutes I got a response and in less than an hour, they had already updated my order so I got exactly what I had asked. How efficient ! This company scores a 10 for a quick response, excellent customer service for keeping me informed, and for resolving my issue in a timely manner. I’m extremely happy and impressed by their performance.
