TongoReviews of gettongo.com

I would highly recommend Tongo to all Real Estate agents. Not only is it an amazing product, the people and customer service are also top notch. It is a great way to access commissions early and not have to pay ridiculous fees to do so, very transparent, easy to use and helpful. I will absolutely be going back next time I have a deal in contract.

A word of caution for realtors. If you have a deal fall through and can't pay them for a bit, they will go after your real estate license!! Not worth it.

Be sure to ask about their “deal flow” requirement

Although they say they "don't check credit" because the advance is based on your sales history and upcoming closings, they do check public records. If there is any judgment out there, they will not advance funds to you. I had two judgments from creditors during covid that I'm currently disputing, and Tongo denied based on those. Their website says the advance is based solely on sales history and current contracts, which is inaccurate.

I love how this is like a credit line, only paying interest on funds when you access them, I think it's a genius option for Realtors like me, looking forward to working with them more!

Everything exceeded my expectations. Respect of privacy and great and fast service. Awesome product for Realtors!!!

GetTongo has been awesome. It’s way better than the traditional advance companies where you have the hassle of paperwork and having to get approval from broker and have escrow or title get involved. Also, with traditional advances, if you don’t use the money, you still have to pay back the full amount advanced. What’s nice about GetTongo, is that it is more like a line of credit. What you get approved for you don’t have to use. Only use what you want and pay that part back or don’t use it at all if you don’t need it. It’s a nice safety net to have in between deals closing, and the fees are low.

Tongo, did a great job with helping me manage my cashflow so all of my vendors are taken care of until the next commission.
