They claim to not review credit and base decisions on your pending commissions, production and payment history. Not true. I am a top producer and was denied.

Misleading. They check your credit score, if you can’t pay back they’ll try to take your license away they are not open to negotiate a payment or something. At first they’re really nice and then if you are denied or don’t pay them back because a deal fell through they’ll be extremely rude!
