I had a terrible first time experience with Spruce. They sent a young rude man to my home with no cleaning supplies. He did a horrible job and argued with me about the job he did. I ended up having to clean my home myself. Spruce offered a discount and offered to send someone else, but I had already done it myself. Now just as I was about to give them a second chance, I started looking at these reviews and I guess it wasn't just that young man, it's there entire service. I guess I'll find another cleaning service. Spruce needs to look at these complaints and take accountability and make some changes.

The app and website are great. The service is not. Not only did they not do a good job, I was unable to communicate that with the ladies that came to do the job because we didn't speak the same language. I called customer service and they set me up for a redo. Basically a second day of wasted time and no ability to communicate. Don't waste your time or money.
