I live in the Reef At Winkler fort myers Florida, my apartment complex launched spruce and I thought that will be a good idea to hire there service BIG MISTAKE they are a joke that lady came to clean my apartment and she didn't do anything I even pay extra $35 to have my carper deodorize and she not even vacuum not moped the floors not clean the bathrooms to make story short I came home from work and clean my self I call costumer service that lady was so nice is the only good thing I get out of this company so anyway PLEASE DOND WAIST YOUR MONEY THEY STILL MONEY LEFT AND RIGHT

Avoid this service. If things go missing in your home, they will deny it. I had expensive items go missing. They asked the cleaner about it, the cleaner replied that the item was never there. That's it, now I'm out hundreds of dollars in medication.

After multiple appointments/sessions, I finally came to the conclusion that I was being "ripped off ". I cancelled my appointments and have begun searching for a new cleaning service. Get Spruce only if you want to make a donation because you will not get a cleaned apartment.

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! TRUST THE REVIEWS! I did not look at the reviews before going with them as everything looked so professional and convenient. We booked for a move-out cleaning, and it was as if our apartment was not cleaned at all. We have a second person come to complete the job, and nothing was different. I ended up having to clean the apartment myself. Absolutely would not recommend it. Complexes should stop partnering with them.

They gave us a 9-5pm window for a move out cleaning - seriously? They came at 4:45 and now my girlfriend is having to wait outside our leasing office in anticipation of them leaving our apartment on a Friday evening otherwise we’ll have to delay our moving plans.

Robert Neumann This is the single worst cleaning experience of my life. Hiring them for their "guaranteed" exit your apartment cleaning cost me 100's of dollars. I did NOT get my whole fee back, just a portion for what they screwed up. Not even close. AWFUL. RUN! I had to argue to even get a portion. There are better, cheaper alternaitives. DO NOT think the GUARANTEE is real.

The team that arrived at my unit to perform the final clean prior to moving out was the worst crew to perform a cleaning in my extensive experience hiring cleaning crews. This team rushed its way out as if it didn't want to be there in the first place. They didn't vacuum and lied about trash being left behind. I actually had someone there to remove any left over items from the home. I was told that the cleaning crew jumped in there vehicle and raced off ofter a poor job of cleaning. Avoid this company at all cost. It sucks!!!

This company’s website is set up to look like they are professionals but the service provided by both the company and the people they hire is FAR from it. I tried them out once and the people that came to clean my windows and make my bed did such a terrible job that the windows were still dirty and the bed looked like a child had made it. There were wrinkles everywhere and the sheets hadn’t even been properly folded. The two people that came were in and out in 10 minutes. I knew after I had to remake the bed and clean the windows myself that I’d never use Spruce again. So I sent an email asking for my account to be deleted. The initial email I sent requesting this was on November 17th. Nothing was done despite promises made my Spruce to delete. Second email I sent about the same matter was on December 15th with more promises and lies that it takes a little time to delete. Finally yesterday (Jan 15th), TWO MONTHS after my initial request, they send an email saying it’s been deleted. Stay FAR FAR AWAY from the substandard service provided by Spruce.
