Severely disappointed with the quality of work and the values of the company. First and foremost, I went with the deep clean for my apartment with the additional fridge and oven clean. My fans were not dusted, my cabinets were not even wiped out, my fridge was cleaned poorly and my stovetop was barely even wiped off. For what they're charging, I expected a better service. There was trash left in my garage rather than being taken and thrown away, and a variety of other issues I won't go into. My primary issue is that my girlfriend had makeup in the bathroom that suddenly went missing after the cleaning. When I contacted the management team, they simply said that their cleaners said they didn't take or move the makeup. That's interesting since it was moved from the center of the counter to the side, so I guess it just moved itself. As for a resolution with the cleaning issues, I received a partial refund and credits but nothing was done in regards to the missing items. Simply because someone says they didn't take something doesn't mean they're telling the truth. It's called lying but I guess they've never thought of that. This was my first and ONLY time to use Spruce. I will never be using them again. DO NOT use this company.

Booked a “deep cleaning” Move-out service, and they cancelled my appointment because i had water bottles and an empty laundry detergent container in the cabinet. They also implied the tub was dirty due to the faucet leaking therefore they cancelled the service. So i was expected to deep clean the apartment in order for them to deep clean the apartment.

Skipped my actual scheduled date, but booking status says completed. Had to argue with customer service for 2 hours to prove that no one really came to my apartment by sending pics and proofs. Then, service lady came next day with no equipment - not even mop and vaccum cleaner. Had to give our own cleaner, but still its worst cleaning ever. I should have just cleaned my apartment myself. Wish I can give Negative Star. ** WORST WORST SERVICE EVER ***

Just terrible. Walked into my Apartment one last time tonight to find splatters from cleaning supplies on the walls, dust all over the door knobs, broken blinds… AND they rescheduled on me.

Worst cleaning EVER! I booked them through my apt because I needed someone last minute. It was so bad I can't even explain. I actually complained and someone is coming out to do a free cleaning. But save your money and just clean yourself you will do a better job.

terrible no vacuum no mop same stuff used to clean bathroom and kitchen . this is worst they have no mop .. they are unhygienic . I had booked for premium cleaning service .

The 'cleaners' came 3 hours earlier than the time I booked for. When I asked their support, they said, "there is no notification about us arriving to your unit." Wasted my time by trusting my apartment company.

I wish I had read the reviews before booking them. I only booked them because they're contracted by my apartment company. They refused service to me saying my apartment was "beyond the scope of their abilities." I then messaged them on their online chat and asked for specifics. They kept dodging the question. She then said something about my microwave being dirty. If that was true they could have skipped the microwave and cleaned the rest of the apartment and I would have been happy. They did at least refund my money as a bare minimum. That's fine I can find a legitimate company. If you review the complaints on Better Business Bureau you will see a lot of complaints similar to what you see here.
