Spruce makes scheduling home services incredibly simple. The app is clean, easy to navigate, and everything from booking to updates is seamless. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a convenient way to manage home tasks!

The EASE of working with Spruce onsite is a serious benefit! I love having Spruce at the community that I work at! Not only do I have the ability to pitch additional services that we otherwise wouldn't be able to offer our residents (and trust me, they ALWAYS ask if we have a housekeeper we would recommend), but Spruce also has a TON of perks when you are partnered with them. They completely take care of the permission to enter documentation so that our team doesn't have to go through the painful fumbling process of attempting to locate the residents PTE in our property inbox (that may or may not have been sent by the resident and in most cases, IS NOT sent!); Spruce sends a notification (in the morning before our office is even open) on days residents have services to inform our team. This simple step is a huge time saver and gives our team the opportunity to prepare ahead of time rather than being caught off guard when an unknown vendor/visitor enters the lobby attempting to gain access into a residents home. Spruce also offers monthly specials that are shared with our leasing team directly; these specials are not advertised to our residents so we are able to offer it as a way to sweeten up any deal as we see necessary (like a look and lease special, or an earlybird renewal gift), or we can also use it as a 3rd place prize at an event/giveaway, or combined with a Spruce gift card! Spruce has gift cards which we can use our earned credits from referring residents to Spruce which is a great way for us to still gift services to residents without breaking the bank! As we all know in multifamily industry, nothing is ever perfect ALL of the time, but Spruce has allowed us to expand our talking points on tour and ultimately allows us the ability to offer unique/competitive services that residents can only take advantage of when they live at our community! Definitely worth having them at your community!

Spruce is easy to use, offers great customer support, and made finding a reliable cleaner simple and easy. I up recurring bookings.

Spruce was easy to use, convenient, and did an excellent job cleaning my home.

The first cleaning was tereable. But i gave them another shot. I cant say how wonderful my cleaning was. I dont know how she did so much in a short amount of time. Im glad i gave them a second shot. Terrie

I had a very dirty apartment. The woman from Spruce was willing to help me out and I was so thankful. She did a great job. I had no complaints. She was also very friendly and chatty to boot! I don't know why they get so much hate on trustpilot. I had a great experience.

Just had my first cleaning with Spruce and my cleaner, Lizbeth, did a great job. It was good to come home from work and have a clean home. I will definitely be using this company again. Valerie Fort Worth, TX.

First time cleaning and not disappointed. They did an excellent job. The teams are really friendly and five stars deserved all the way.
