For scheduling, our teams operate within 4- or 8-hour booking windows so that we can accommodate multiple routes each day, with a text notification sent 20–40 minutes before arrival (More information here: https://getspruce.com/faqs/#hfaq-post-789). In your case, we understand the frustration with timing and service expectations, and as a courtesy, the late cancellation fee was waived yesterday.
