Killian was very helpful with walking me through the tool. Showed me exactly how it would work for my use case. I would definitely be having a harder time using the tool and giving Poppy a fair chance without the call.

It's unusual for an app to, immediately, jump on a call with a user. Poppy truly wants to ensure the user experience turns into a BIG win. That level of customer care is quickly dwindling in the age of AI. To me, that intentional onboarding model is super impressive!

Great onboarding session with Killian today. Showed me some useful sections which I am keen to tryout!

Great onboarding call with Mo. I clearly see how Poppy will help me with my content creation where other LLM couldn't.

Mo has been very helpful and made everything very clear to me. And above all I enjoyed the music at the end 🥳🥳

The onboarding call was particularly helpful in finding out more about how to create boards from a template, the way to add material to the various groups and to better explain what information would be suited for which group to ensure the best output.

Esto es realmente genial. los templates son detallados y de mucha ayuda, igual que todo el contenido adicional. Esto es tremendo!

Joey was fantastic, listened to my needs, was excited about my mission, and I look froward to all the features and benefit. I was so pleased, I bought a lifetime membership....with bonuses!
