Olivia was great with showing me some shortcuts and filling in some blanks on the interface that I had not known about. I recommened some things that would be helpful like being able to move the tool bars, as well as having a disconnect all button for removing everything from chat that is connected.

Poppy is a great tool. Make sure to add your own humna intelligence and learn just the way you expect AI to learn. This is a great time to live and create. I had Olivia Lee as a coach for the introductory call. This idea is brilliant. Ensuring people get the most out of your tool is the way to get more users. And Olivia was just out of this world. Super nice, crazy smart and very helpful.

I was a bit weery of the price tag but it is well worth it. The software is amazing but the customer service is what really gives it so much value. They give you every tool necessary to make sure that you get your money's worth. You get an onboarding call (mine was with Olivia Lee) and can go over use cases that suit your particular business. I got some really good insights on my call. There are also videos to help you with setup and plenty of templates to work off of as well.

At first, I didn’t really understand much about AI, but the introductory videos really helped me grasp how it works. The AI team is very close to their clients and always available if we have any questions. They also host regular webinars to help us learn how to use the AI better, and even offer an onboarding call to get familiar with the platform. As a social media strategist, Poppy AI is an untapped gem. The work that’s taken me weeks to do? gets done within an hour. And you would think it would be complicated, but it’s not. The software is easy to use and really saves you time in ways other AI social media tools don’t. Not to mention, the support Poppy gives is greaaaaaattttt. Tons of video tutorials, use cases, and client support makes the onboarding process not just easy. It’s fun and exciting. They even have an optional but highly encouraged 1-1 call with the onboarding team that benefits you in numerous ways. I spoke with Olivia and it was such an affirming call!! After a week of tinkering with Poppy, I felt like I got the hang of it. But the call with Olivia gave me so many more helpful tips and encouraging insight into how I could use Poppy to improve all my socials. I’m really happy I made the call. Definitely tap into that resource. Overall, excited as hell! :-)

Had an onboarding call with Olivia L. from Poppy and she was super patient and bubbly and helped me navigate through some initial items on the interfacee. Poppy has been working out great so far. I appreciate the ability to connect /mindmap modules to help organize whatever i'm working on.

I've been using it for a month and love it so far. I really like the initiative of the company to make the Poppy AI Onboarding calls, my onboarding call was with Olivia Lee and I love her, she was super kind. The platform is super user friendly and easy to handle. I'm a little concerned about the monthly credits but I think for the price it's ok.
