I ordered a pillow with my daughter´s dog photo for Christmas, it is January 23 and she hasn´t received it yet. I thought it was a Canadian based company and it is not. It shipped from China. Worst decision ever!! When I ask the company about my shipping, they just tell me to be patient. I would never buy from them again!

If I could give zero stars, I would ! Ordered two dog pillows and the product was horrible (once it finally arrived after what seemed like forever.) Don’t waste your time or money!

Guaranteed delivery before Christmas (my order was placed 4weeks before Christmas). It never arrived I contacted their support multiple times every time they just said here is the tracking number... finally received my order nearly 50 days after being placed, and they put one of the heads on backwards... will never order from here again

I ordered the pillow with a face put on the outfit of choice. What showed up is horrible. About 1 foot tall, the face is so enlarged you can't even tell it's a face. Arms that look like they are pencil thin. What a rip off.

Customer service is AWFUL. Took well over a month for a delivery to be made with priority shipping purchased. I made them refund me my shipping fees but that's all they could do. I've honestly never seen worse customer service in my entire life.

This is a horrible service and company! I ordered a Batman pillow for a 3-y-o and followed all the directions on their website! First issue: the package did not come on time and it was very hard to track! Second issue: the face came out soooooo blurry, I could not even recognize the face! I had emailed the company that day and told them how disappointed I was and they had asked me to send them a picture of the product and I did. They said they would have to share it with the team and to check on the details! More than 2 1/2 weeks with no response. I had to email them back and they stated that there was issues with the pixels and resolution with picture I submitted. I had then told them then that was something they should have informed me of before my product was started so I could have submitted another picture! This is the first review I have every done on a product I have bought. This is a horrible company with terrible results and customer service and I would NOT waste your money. Find another company that offers the same products!!

This is my 5th message to get photo blanket. I want clarity, it’s been a month since I’ve ordered, and was told some didn’t pass quality inspection. I have no idea which ones or if they can be fixed or if we will wait and receive a refund on those. I have no idea which ones are coming, and I received confirmation of a shipping label being printed on January 5 for some of my order and yet today is January 9 and they have not been received at the post office yet. Absolutely the worst communication I’ve ever had. I’d like to know full details of our order status. What’s coming, what’s being fixed, and/or what we’re being refunded on if pertenant. THERE RESPONSE: they only sent a tracking # which I obviously already had. NOTHING ELSE!

It was my fault...I didn't investigate the reviews before ordering. I ordered 4 blankets @$51.95 plus 2.99 VIP delivery & processing fee with the website promising delivery before Christmas. Of course I did not receive the blankets until a week after Christmas and 3 of 4 blankets had problems with photo placement - one cut through the head of one individual, one cut out two people from the picture I sent and the third's picture of my daughter's dog was of poor quality - it looked like Japanese anime. Customer Service refused to replace the blankets. I just recently visited TrustPilot.com and learned that 64% of reviews for GetPhotoBlanket.com were the worst rating possible. I wonder if a class action lawsuit would be warranted. I have certainly learned my lesson and will never order from GetPhotoBlanket.com again.
