Liars I ordered more than 19days ago it was supposed to be here the 24and still nothing dont trust them they like stilling money thats it.

The pillow looked nothing like online the head was shaped long instead of round. I ordered a luigi pillow and the head looked like a banana and wasn't round.

They have horrible shipping and customer service. I never received my package, even though it was guaranteed before Valentines Day, days after it was marked as delivered. I was home on the delivery day and for the next few and didn't see anything. After emailing customer service, they told me to contact the local post office and see who made the delivery service.. which seems ridiculous, especially since it seems it was shipped from a different provider CDL/YunExpress? They also asked me to file a claim with the post office, which I think is meant to be the responsibility of the international sender. They refuse to do anything on their end in the meanwhile and it seems unlikely that they will. This has been a terrible experience and I will never order anything from them again, such a disappointment.

Absolutely do not order from here. I ordered 2 blankets, one of them was decent- sizing of the dogs is weird but I figured it was my fault since I sent them 2 different photos to incorporate into one blanket. HOWEVER- the other blanket literally still had white around the dog, they didn’t care enough to actually crop the photo all the way before printing. They don’t have a phone number on their website to contact customer service either- red flag. So I sent them a chat and they are basically refusing to refund me, only send a replacement and have me pay shipping, FOR SOMETHING NOT MY FAULT. I agree to be done with this then when they send the invoice it looks super sketchy and says “Santa socks” instead of “get photo blanket” so I refuse to pay them, they’re sketchy, stingy, and low quality workers. Read the reviews people. Update: they sent me $11 of my $109 purchase to make up for it. So stupid

I ordered a pillow that was depicted in the photo sitting on a chair so I figured it was at least big enough to sit on a chair. It was $35. When I received it it was the size of a pin cushion! I wrote them saying that this was a bait and switch but they never offered to give me my money back. This is a scam company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! So disappointing.

Discounts not being honored. They are advertising a special on their home page, yet they won't allow you to actually activate the discount. You waste all your time loading pictures and choosing designs and they are hoping that you will still buy them. When asked why they won't honor the discount I have been told it is the sale season. In trying to resolve the issue after this review, they have sent 2 more discount codes, neither of which actually work.

Misleading product photo and description. I purchased a printed Hug Me 'pillow' for $60+ and received a small plush toy I'm too embarrassed to gift as intended. Piece of crap, I won't be back.
