I have been waiting for six weeks so far. Customer service lied about the location it was being shipped from, as well as false claims that the item did not pass quality check so would be remade and shipped within 3-5 days (2 weeks after it was already supposed to be shipped), It took a further 3 weeks to get a shipping number. I paid for VIP service and express shipping. In total it is expected to arrive 10-12 weeks AFTER I paid. WISH I had of checked for REAL reviews first, their website is full of fake reviews and lies. This company is an absolute scam and waste of time and money, does nothing other than cause stress arguing with their so called 'Customer Service' who are horrible and don't answer any questions, just copy and paste statements like, 'Please wait a little longer, it will be done in 3-5 days'. It took 2 weeks for them to even return a response when I first contacted them. Absolutely disgusting business practice. My lawyers have already done digging on them too, so many illegal activities.

Should have read these reviews first. Placed a large order and within hours realised that I had ordered the wrong size for some and wanted larger ones. Emailed customer support and heard nothing until I emailed again and they said they had already processed the order. Very poor customer service especially given I contacted them within hours of realising the issue. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

Very dishonest to deal with. I have placed my order 3 weeks ago and still have not gotten a tracking number nor any further communications when i asked for a refund.

Wish I had seen this page before and will always check it now - this page seems legit at first but is total scam. Didn’t receive my product after over 20 days and don’t expect it to come anymore. Expensive lesson learned ... they send you a tracking number but it’s fake and doesn’t show a date. When I followed up they sent an email with a shopping date well in the past (before I even ordered the product) save your money!

Horrible customer service. I made a mistake on my order and when I emailed them (right after submitting my order) they said I would have to pay $24 to make a change. Would not recommend. There are other sites that do the same thing, try one of those.

Scam. Been waiting over two weeks. They send you a tracking number but it’s not legit nor does it let you see the progress of the package. Not to mention it shows up as a jewelry company on bank statement. Do not let these clowns fool you.

No Product received, poor customer service. Refuses to issue refund. Turns out product is made in and shipped from China. This isn't mentioned on the website. Secondly, it's been almost 5 weeks from my order date and I haven't received my pillow. I've contacted customer support 5 times and each time they ask me to wait longer. They have lied and stated that the pillow as waiting to clear customs in Canada, but the pillow was still in China. I asked twice for a refund and both times they deflected my request and asked for me to wait longer. Order stated for expedited shipping 9 to 15 days. Customer service takes at least 2 days to responded to emails. Since they are refusing to refund my purchase I've contacted MasterCard to begin a chargeback.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE CHARLATANS. The lie, refuse any customer contact.. Their email address releases are automated. They are NOT a US company so shipping is a crapshoot and communication is horrible. They chose to advertise (WILL ARRIVE BEFORE CHRISTMAS) on Dec 5 knowing full well with production and overseas shipping there was no chance, but if they didn't advertise their lies, they KNEW, people would have bought domestically.. and after 3 straight weeks of reaching out to them, with NO reply, both orders never showed for Christmas, and when the 1 order finally showed, THEY MESSED UP THE BLANKET BY SWITCHING PICTURE ORDER... Do not USE them, there are many US companies that do this
